Genesis
WIMA PARIS was born from a simple observation. The ear-jewellery market offered, on one hand, costume pieces worn and forgotten in a season; on the other, classical fine jewellery designed for ceremonies and disconnected from how contemporary women actually compose their ears. Between the two, nothing. No Parisian maison treated the ear as a true composition project, with the precision and materials of fine jewellery.
The founder
The founder of WIMA PARIS is a graduate of HRD Antwerp, the Belgian institute of reference on natural diamonds. This long and demanding training gave her the reading of the diamond: clarity, colour, cut, fire, the acceptable compromises and those that are never acceptable. Every diamond set on a WIMA PARIS creation is selected personally, with a non-negotiable VS/F minimum standard.
Three steps
Training. HRD Antwerp diploma, followed by years of apprenticeship in Parisian and Antwerp ateliers. Design. The creation of a first formal vocabulary — Sword Stud, Northern Star, Hoop Forever, Kissing Pears — calibrated for the anatomy of the ear. The maison. The opening of the private showroom in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, the development of the e-shop and the consolidation of six collections.
Four commitments
Ethical 18K gold. Solid alloy, traceable sourcing, no plating. Natural VS/F diamonds. No synthetic stones, no lab-grown, no high-pressure or irradiation treatments. Handcrafted in France. Manual setting under binocular loupe in partner ateliers. Personalised advice. Every client is accompanied — in the showroom, by phone, by email or by WhatsApp.
Philosophy
WIMA PARIS believes contemporary Parisian fine jewellery should be accessible to the women who wear it daily — not only to those who lock it away. Our pieces are made to live, to compose and to span the long term. 18K gold and natural diamonds are not commercial arguments: they are the only materials capable of guaranteeing that duration.
